Customized Products
Items that are custom-made or tailored for your vehicle (such as custom-fit floor mats, seat covers, or car covers) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or significantly different from your order.
Please note that minor color variations may occur due to different lighting or monitor displays. Such slight differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Standard Products
Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Our Commitment
We understand that customer satisfaction is important. While customized products are not eligible for return without quality issues, we will do our best to work with you on adjustments, replacements, or solutions if you encounter any concerns.
Refunds
For eligible returns, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
